We help group or project finances by
– hosting project bank accounts
– ensuring expenditure is correctly approved
– ensuring grant money is correctly spent
– checking reports are completed.
Insurance
Our public liability, volunteers and directors insurance applies to all our projects.
Bookkeeping services
– track all account income and expenditure
– generate financial reports for projects
– arrange for finances to be audited.

Communicating your group’s message in Newstead.
- Word of mouth is a very powerful means of communicating your message
- Effective communication methods are the Newstead Echo & noticeboards.
- Consider using established, high traffic local social media platforms, especially for the U50 year age group.
- Communication between groups, which often want to achieve similar goals, is infrequent. If communication was improved, they could share resources.
- Regular influxes to Newstead of new residents provides a great opportunity to constantly expand target audiences.
- Pockets of low-digital literacy exist.
